The delay is through a fade-in in animated SVG, and there’s a load delay as each SVG loads in from the blockchain. There's a hidden feature for certain browser users - at time of minting this is Chrome, Brave and Opera.

In philosophy, a 'rhizome' (Deleuze and Guattari) is a model of knowledge or reality that grows like roots — nonlinear, decentralized, and without a single origin or hierarchy. Emphasising multiplicity, fluidity and that any point can connect to any other, making it a metaphor for non-hierarchical thought, networks, and social structures.
