Orchard

'Orchard' was a purely digital abstract response to a series of works made in 1989. These used landscape as a starting point for mark making and used physically collaged elements such as map keys. Memory, (mis)reading, drawing, writing, communication, language all play a part in my work.

Provenance note. This was minted but never put up for sale on Known Origin / ETH in 2021 and subsequently burned. I have reminted under a cross-chain series 'origins' – which define key moments in my recent artistic progress.

Origins are digital native works from 2016 onwards.
