Niaux

The caves at Niaux in Ariège, SW France have a combined length of more than 14 km, with signs of a paleo-human presence. I’ve got French road sign at the top of my drive referencing the cave drawings at Niaux. From the earliest forms of communication to environmental ubiquity, to my latest works which are in-chain.

Flatness and vectors and moving away from pixel painting. This new work is what I will be concentrating on in 2023.
